Can I accept and reject bookings?

Currently, there is no feature available for coaches to accept or reject bookings. If a slot is open on your calendar, it is bookable with no further notice from the platform. We recommend closing unbooked slots the day before if you won’t be available to attend short-notice lessons. No-shows resulting from lessons booked on short notice will stand as no-shows on the coach participation record. For instructions on removing open, unbooked slots, read this.

Important: If you have a full schedule and you wish to only accept bookings from regulars, you can edit your profile using the “Accepting/Not Accepting New Learners” field. This will discourage bookings from new learners but does not prevent said bookings.
