How can I cancel or reschedule an appointment that has already been booked?
Scheduled one-to-one lessons and discussion club sessions are important commitments to your learners and the platform. We understand that there are sometimes unavoidable conflicts. We recommend always contacting the learner as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling the lesson. If the learner agrees to reschedule, follow these steps to change the date/time:
Cancellation is a last resort option. The cancel button is available in your bookings management area but you should be very careful with it. Once it is clicked, the booking will disappear right away with no additional pop-ups. In the event of last-minute or excessive cancellations, please refer to the cancellation policy in the Coach User Agreement.
