Can I cancel or reschedule? 

If it is more than 24 hours before the class starts, you can request a cancelation from your coach. It is likely that the coach will be willing to cancel or reschedule if you give notice. Rescheduling is much more convenient because your payment will be directly applied to the rescheduled lesson.  

If you choose to cancel a lesson, there will be a delay while Talentingo works behind the scenes to credit your account. All payments for canceled lessons are returned as credits to your wallet that can be used towards future bookings on the platform.
