If I prepare a syllabus for a learner, am I guaranteed to be booked for all the planned classes?
Learners may select you as one of their favorite coaches, but there is no contract or guarantee that you will be their exclusive coach. Talentingo provides matching, learner onboarding, and support, but there are no guaranteed booking hours or set schedules. Therefore, even if you write a learners’ syllabus, you are not locked in to teach those lessons going forward and you are eligible to be selected by a learner to continue a syllabus outlined by another coach. If you or the learner decide that the match is not a great fit, the learner is entitled to choose another coach. The real purpose of the syllabus is to bring continuity to the lesson progression to improve learner outcomes and to facilitate successful teaching.
