I have credits, but each time I book a session, I’m being sent to the shopping cart and payment. What’s going on?
There are two payment channels available when you select a time slot to book. Be sure to click the top portion of the popup (the image of coins) to use your credits. If you are still encountering difficulties, contact us at info@talentingo.com and tell us which coach you are trying to book so we can verify your credit balance and coach settings and find a solution.
