How should I respond to a cancelation request?

What is my responsibility if a learner sends me a cancellation request?

If the cancellation request is sent more than 24 hours before the lesson starts, we encourage you to cancel the lesson for the learner. Currently, lessons can only be canceled from the coach side of the platform. Adhering to this policy will keep more learners on the platform and demonstrating understanding and flexibility will keep you on good terms with your regular learners. If a cancellation is requested via private message less than 24 hours before the lesson start time, you are not required to cancel on behalf of the student, and you are entitled to your full payment for the lesson (minus Talentingo’s commission.) Depending on the circumstances, you are free to choose to offer to reschedule at your own discretion.
