What happens if my coach cancels the lesson?

Coaches are encouraged to attend all booked lessons, but there are sometimes unavoidable circumstances. If your coach cancels your lesson, your payment will be refunded as credits and you are welcome to use your credits towards booking a different time slot with any coach you choose. Your refunded credits balance can be viewed in the “Wallet” tab.
