What if the learner is a no-show?
If the learner is a no-show, the coach is entitled to the full price of the booking. In the event that the learner is late, we recommend waiting the whole session. If the learner shows up late, use the remaining time and inform the learner that you must leave at the scheduled end time of the lesson. The coach may decide to extend the lesson if desired, but this is not required. Always make sure to leave on time if you have another lesson up next.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to take screenshots and keep them on file until the class in question has been paid out to you in the event that the learner contests it.
